No longer a poor man's protein and now the delicacy we eat today. The meat sold from TNSC is of good flavour, texture and size. From chowders to lobster rolls the taste of good lobster is very evident. Highly recommended. At today's price point the purchases will be sporatic and reserved for special occasions, but it will be purchased through TNSC.
I have recently switched to truenorth Lobster after paying $20 for for 4 Frozen ounces at Sobeys
This is a substantial saving and the claw and knuckle meat is Superior in size
A little watery but this can't be helped and if you squeeze it in paper towel it's perfect for lobster rolls
