Pieces and trim is a very good buy, great for tacos and chowder. Haddock was awesome, made great Fish N Chips
We enjoyed two salmon portions for dinner. Lovely fresh and juicy. Looking forward to serving my daughter and son-in-law this weekend.
The order was packed very well and still fresh when it arrived, and the temperature gauge was still green. The only drawback was that one jell-pack was broken along with the plastic back in which the Salmon was placed, I washed the fish and cooked it. Salmon patties tasted sooooo good. Will order again in the future.
