the HALIBUT is very good and fresh, no comments; But I have some comments about the mussels, there is a damaged amount I can estimate around 5-8% which either cracked or broken shells others with open shells and a lot of small sizes. the temp. tag is good and delivered with green color tag.

I ordered 5 pounds of Halibut Steaks. I received the confirmation and email when it was shipped, Fedex pick up notice and tracking.
The fish arrived the next day in a foam container with freezer packs.
The steaks were excellent and taste of fresh halibut was exceptional.

In future I would cut the one steak into smaller portions; I cooked it on the grill and 1lb is too much for 2 people but it was delicious. Lemon butter salt and pepper and a little thyme.
