Yes! It is perfectly okay to freeze or refreeze products that have been thawed while refridgerated. However, doing this several times can reduce the quality and taste of seafood due to the change in moisture.

If properly stored, fresh products can last 5 to 7 days after arrival if properly refrigerated.

Any product that cannot be consumed in that timeframe should be frozen.

Please verify if the order confirmation was placed in the Junk Mail folder of your email platform.

Shipping Questions

Our orders are shipped Monday to Wednesday (Thursday in local areas). We strive to have our products delivered to you within 24 to 72 hours to guarantee freshness and quality.

We currently offer shipping to major cities in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia.

We do our best to process orders within 72 hours depending on stock availability. Some items may take longer to process.

Once we ship your order, we plan for delivery within 24 to 48 hours maximum to ensure products arrive safely.

As we are shipping fresh and frozen seafood, we only ship Monday to Wednesday (Thursday in local areas) to ensure delivery before the weekend.

Our retail store is located at 390 Higney Ave, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Come in and browse our selection in-store or place your order online.

Each order is packed separately by hand using a styro-cooler with reusable gel packs. Each order is also packed with a TTI temperature device that monitors the temperature inside the box to ensure quality and freshness.

Shipping is $19.99 to all locations that we currently ship to within Canada.

Minimum purchase orders to quality for these shipping rates is $100.

Orders are shipped via FedEx Overnight or UPS Overnight, depending on your location. This ensures your order arrives 24 to 72 hours after it leaves our facility.
