Your salmon burgers are so delicious, nourishing and satisfying. Rather than start the oven I fry them in a lightly oiled pan. They require about 5-7 minutes to cook and are yummy in a tortilla.
Your burger are great, but how hard is it to stick parchment paper in-between those pattie... I couldn't get my two salmon burger unstuck because they where frozen and stick together.
Love these salmon burgers. They actually taste like salmon. You can cook them lightly, flake them and use them in a salad or brown them and place them in a burger bun. Either way, they’re so delicious.
You just need to know how to cook them properly and that is get them crispy brown on one side flip them and get them toasty brown on the other side and they won’t fall apart. No different than trying to cook a fried egg if you flip it too soon it’ll fall apart, just common sense.
