Our steelhead trout is raised in Bras d’Or Lake (the Arm of Gold), located in the center of Nova Scotia’s Cape Breton Island – Canada’s only inland sea. The lake receives freshwater drainage from many lakes and streams, plus tidal exchange at three points of contact with the Atlantic Ocean. The result? A body of water with an ideal balance of saltwater and freshwater – and the perfect habitat for raising truly remarkable steelhead trout.

Norma Nelson Absolutely wonderful. I baste it with melted butter, dill and lemon and baked for 18 min. Superb. We shared half and the other half will be plank grilled. Will be reordering soon.
