I tried if first ordering through Costco as a pack of 3, and really enjoyed it! I then figured that I can order it directly through TrueNorth Seafood! So ordered 4 more!!! and the delivery was overnight! Really great service - even fresh salmon (I ordered together with) arrived fresh on ice. Love it! Will definitely buy again!
Mine arrived all dried out and hard to chew. Maybe it is supposed to be that way but I didnt care for it
The candied salmon was very good but because it was thawed when I received it I had to use it right away.

This candied salmon was truly delicious! My one regret is that I only purchased two packages. There are so many things one can do with it, like putting it in pasta or a salad, but I ate it right out of the packaged, sharing it with my 11 year old standard poodle (hey....I’m a widower and she’s the only woman in my life).
I have to commend AC on their other products and their prompt and efficient packaging and delivery.
I will continue to buy from them.
