Mahi-mahi is a versatile fish that produces excellent results in any cooking method. This fish loves the warm water of the South Pacific, Mediterranean, and the Caribbean.
It has a mild, sweet flesh that looks pinkish but turns white when cooked. It's lean and firm but also delicate and moist.
